We Are Born To Do Good in This World

Why does it feel good when we are good to others? Why acts of kindness are so powerful and touching? Why when a group of patients who are all deep in their own struggles get together, they start to help each other and through that they start to feel better? Helping others to heal is an effective self healing exercise, but why? Would it really be possible to feel so good after an act of kindness if it were against our nature to do so? So if it is in our nature to feel so good after an act of kindness, then we can conclude that it is our nature to do good and it feels good to do so because it is in harmony with our nature. It is logical to conclude that we are made and born to do good in this world and are thought in many cases to be reserved and not to act according to our nature as we grow up. Then every once a while when an opportunity arises to be good to another person, it feels so good, because we are getting closer to our own real nature.
IT FEELS GOOD TO DO GOOD, THIS IS OUR WAY OF BEING IN HARMONY WITH THE REST OF UNIVERSE. THERE IS A HUGE HEALING POWER IN COMPASSION AND KINDNESS.
