Motivation-4

We often talk about what different medical conditions can do to us. Chronic pain, depression, anxiety or any other condition can limit our abilities. We all know that and we often talk about it. But we don’t talk much about what can we do to improve our own conditions or the conditions of people around us. Of all characteristics needed for a person to succeed in a journey to improve self or others, MOTIVATION is the most important one.Without motivation, all facilities and help in the world can’t create success. With motivation, most barriers in the world can be passed. Motivation makes the difference between moving or not in the path to recovery.
Today practice on cultivating MOTIVATION.
