Read #ZENDOSE on twitter @Drkevinrod for daily reminders about ways to increase your inner peace. The most precious state of mind one can attain is increased inner peace. Many emotional states are caused by negative thinking. Tension, fatigue and hopelessness may arise from negative thoughts and feelings. Research has shown that a short daily practice of positive thinking, being present in the moment and observing events can improve the general wellbeing in many different ways. #ZENDOSE is updated daily and if you read one message a day and reflect on it for a few minutes, your way of thinking will get used to the positive way instead of negative thinking.
