The Skills we Learn in Today’s Crisis will Help us Forever.

In some ways our lives may never be the same. We have to change our habits to survive through this crisis. Things like how to effectively wash our hands frequently or not touching our faces are new habits we develop that will stay with us, even after this crisis is over.

Healthy habits of communicating without getting too close to each other, eating fresh fruits and vegetables, exercising with very limited resources, boosting our immunity and staying hopeful in dark days are new habits we use for survival but they stay with us forever.

Learning POSITIVE THINKING and MINDFULNESS skills help us to stay strong and healthy during this crisis.

There are many articles in mypain.ca on these topics that you can search and read. But know that these skill are not only for today’s crisis but will be part of of our new way of life, hopefully a very healthy one.
