WELLNESS is not just the absence of disease. For a person to to be WELL and have optimum WELLNESS, different aspects of human needs have to be addressed. It is worth learning about our different needs and how to fulfill them. Improving our personal wellness depends on our physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, intellectual, financial, social and environmental factors, to name a few important ones. This is not something that will happen to us, we have to work hard on learning how to make it happen in our life time. So let us be open to learning about wellness together and applying the principles we learn to our daily lives, together.
